The Abbotsford Airport is another satisfied return customer for Norsteel Building Systems. This 18,000 sq. ft. facility resembles the same one built in Kelowna for the same customer. The building comes complete with 12,000 sq. ft. of hangar space (120 ft. ClearSpan) and 6,000 sq. ft. of high-end, finished upper and lower level office space. Norsteel Building Systems was the general contractor on this project and our in-house crews supplied the design, foundation, building erection and interior finish works. This project included the supply and installation of the 5-leaf bottom rolling pocket aircraft door system with a 108 ft. wide x 28 ft. tall clear opening.
