This Norsteel Building Systems showpiece boasts an incredible working space of 96,000 sq. ft. and includes 4,000 sq. ft. of fully finished office space. It demonstrates the full potential of a pre-engineered metal building for an industrial crane shop application. We added 8 ft. high split-faced block walls on the perimeter for damage protection. This building came complete with the supply and installation of 6, 10-ton bridge cranes spanning up to 74 ft. in width with travel distances of 400 ft. Norsteel Building Systems provided the owner with a full turnkey concept on this project, including the original building design, foundation, erecting and interior finishes. The result was another fully satisfied customer.
